This project will entail implementation of an onboard video system that will contain a transmitter to send real time video from the rocket down to a
receiving station. Future goal is to get video of earth from space.
Project Goals
Find a miniture color camera with good resolution.
Find a suitable transmitter/receiver for the video/audio signal.
Find and purchase a high gain Yagi antenna.
Mount powersupply in rocket.
Mount video camera in rocket.
Mount transmitter and antenna in rocket.
Using the receiver, set up a ground station for recording.
Fly camera on a flight to 4,000 feet
Fly camera on a flight to 15,000 feet
Fly camera on a flight to 30,000 feet
Upgrade Tx/Rx?
Fly camera on a flight to 62 miles.

The camera has been purchased. Ideal Transmitter/Receiver has been found, waiting for funding to purchase.
